Promotional products are an industry with sustained demand from both government and private institutions. Promotional media play a crucial role in building public awareness of a brand, ensuring that promotional messages are effectively communicated. Dewi Media Lestari is a company specializing in promotional products, focusing on the B2B and B2G markets, with the core value of "growing and helping others grow." This study aims to analyze business development strategies by considering four key aspects: Human Resources (HR), Production & Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Finance. In marketing, the company implements the 7P marketing mix strategy. In production, supply chain efficiency and equipment management are top priorities. From a financial perspective, the company needs to assess its financial readiness. Additionally, Dewi Media Lestari utilizes the Business Model Canvas to facilitate strategic planning and implementation, ensuring sustainable business growth.
