Guidelines

  • Medium of Conference

The conference's official language is English, therefore, it is required that the paper is written and presented in English. (except for Sinta publication should be written in the Indonesian language)

 

  • Presentation & Publication (Full paper)

A full paper is requested if you are also considering publishing your paper.

 

  • Oral Presentation Only (Abstract)

If you only want to make an oral presentation without a journal publication, you can only submit an Abstract or Extended Abstract.

 

  • Ethical Standards

Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research findings, whether experimental or theoretical and should not be considered for publication elsewhere. We are adamant that ethical behavior is an essential characteristic of any academic. Consequently, any act of plagiarism is entirely inappropriate academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

 

  • Presentation Category

Oral Presentation: Each presenter will be allotted 10 minutes to deliver their presentation, and we recommend using a PowerPoint presentation to enhance the experience. Additionally, presenters will have 5 minutes for a Q&A session following their presentation.

Online Presentation (LIVE): Opportunity to do a Live Zoom Presentation at the Conference. Each Presenter will get 10 Minutes to do their Presentation (PPT is Recommended). Each Presenter will have 5 Minutes for the Q&A Session.

Online Presentation (Rec VIDEO): For participants who prefer to record their presentation rather than present live at the conference, we offer the option to submit a pre-recorded 10-minute video presentation. Once recorded, participants should send the video to us for review. During the conference, the organizing committee will play the video during the participant's scheduled presentation slot.

 

  • Submission Guidelines

Abstract Submission: The maximum word limit for the Abstract is 250-500 words. Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline.

Extended Abstract Submission: The Extended Abstract has a word limit of 1500-3000 words. Extended abstracts should not exceed 4 pages including the references.

Full paper Submission: Submit the full paper for the publication opportunity that was selected. The paper length should not be less than 10 and not exceed 12 pages (including the references). All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical.

  1. Submission Guidelines – Authors must ensure their manuscripts align with the conference’s thematic scope and adhere to the formatting standards outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  2. Peer Review Process – All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to maintain academic integrity and quality. Authors should be prepared to respond to reviewer feedback and make necessary revisions.
  3. Publication Ethics – Authors must uphold ethical research and publication practices, ensuring originality, proper citations, and the avoidance of plagiarism or duplicate submissions.
  4. Copyright & Licensing – Accepted papers will be published under an open-access policy. Authors retain copyright but grant the conference proceedings permission to distribute and archive their work.
  5. Revision & Withdrawal – Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts before final acceptance. Withdrawal requests should be communicated formally before the final publication stage.
  6. Access & Availability – Published papers will be accessible online, contributing to knowledge-sharing within entrepreneurship studies.
