Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial literacy and digital literacy on the performance of MSMEs supported by the Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) MSME Center in Makassar. The research variables consist of MSME performance as the dependent variable (Y), and entrepreneurial literacy and digital literacy as the independent variables (X). The population comprises all MSME operators supported by the Bank Syariah Indonesia MSME Center in Makassar. This study employs an associative quantitative approach and purposive sampling, with a sample size of 232 respondents. Data collection was conducted via questionnaires using a Likert scale, while data analysis techniques included validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that entrepreneurial literacy and digital literacy each have a positive effect on MSME performance. Furthermore, entrepreneurial literacy and digital literacy simultaneously exert a positive and significant influence on the performance of the supported MSMEs. These findings confirm that enhancing entrepreneurial capabilities, coupled with the optimal use of digital technology, can drive performance improvements for MSMEs supported by the Bank Syariah Indonesia MSME Center in Makassar.
